Sergio: Recap

“I wanted to do better, of course, but it looks like it was George Russell’s day, so congratulations to him. I had a great time today and really enjoyed the experience. I would like to thank F1, PUMA and Aston Martin Red Bull Racing for the opportunity, also Nestor Garcia for his coaching and my teammate Alex Albon who pushed me to improve my lap times.”

Alex: Recap

“Tonight wasn’t our night, but I still had a lot of fun and congratulations to George on the win. I was happy with my lap in qualifying, but I went a tiny bit wide and the time was deleted for track limits. In the race, our pace was really strong, but we were unlucky with the strategy and we just missed out on the podium. It wasn’t to be, but the fastest lap award is something I guess!”

Alex: Racing with Sergio

“It was fun racing with Sergio tonight, and he showed he’s really fast. You can see with all the top athletes that they want to be the best they can be, and they put so much effort in, so well done to him as he did a really good job and I hope he enjoyed it.”

Alex: Sim Racing

“Sim Racing has been pretty useful. Obviously, it is not a real thing. It is to keep our racing minds sharp. So, to keep focusing on the driving sides and to get lap time. It is obviously not quite the same. But actually, to get yourself on the environment of racing a car does help.”
